You can do the following to install

sudo add-apt-repository lp:gloobus-dev/gloobus-preview
sudo apt-get install goobus-preview
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Thanks but I won't make it for windows.. I don't use it at all.. why don't you switch to linux? you'll have this and a lot of really good apps

doesn't gloobus-preview work in kubuntu? it uses gnome libs but should work in kde too
